Offline Mode for Mobile Storeroom Stocktakes
Local warehouses, basements, and industrial parks often have terrible cellular reception. This update enables an offline caching layer for the Zaventory mobile web app. Staff can continue scanning barcodes, updating box counts, and finalising physical stocktakes deep inside a concrete storeroom with zero internet signal. The moment the phone reconnects to Wi-Fi, all data seamlessly syncs back to the cloud.

Payfast or Ozow Instant EFT Invoice Payment Links
Speed up your cash flow by letting customers pay you instantly. When you email or WhatsApp a digital invoice out of Zaventory, it will include an embedded "Pay Now" button powered by local gateways like Payfast or Ozow. Customers can securely pay via Instant EFT, credit card, or SnapScan. Once the transaction is successful, Zaventory auto-updates the invoice to "Paid" and moves the stock to the packing slip queue.

Wholesale B2B Customer Portal & Tiered Pricing
Many SA brands sell both retail (to consumers) and wholesale (to local boutique stockists). This update will allow you to assign specific "pricing tiers" to different customer profiles (e.g., Retail, Wholesale, Distributor). Wholesale clients can log into a locked dashboard view of your website, see their custom pricing, check live stock availability, and place bulk bulk orders directly into your system.

Low Stock Alerts & Automated Supplier Purchase Orders (POs)
Set minimum safety thresholds for your fast-moving inventory items. The second an item's count drops below your designated limit, Zaventory triggers a dashboard alert and automatically pre-populates a draft Purchase Order (PO) containing your preferred local or international supplier's details, wholesale costs, and required reorder quantities.

The Courier Guy & Pudo Automated Shipping Labels
Remove manual data entry from your daily shipping routine. Once an order is marked as paid in your Zaventory dashboard, this feature will pass the customer's delivery address, package dimensions, and weight directly to local courier networks, generating a printable shipping waybill and courier label instantly.

Multi-Location Warehouse & Bin Location Tracking
Designed for growing boutique brands moving operations out of a garage and into a dedicated mini-warehouse or multi-room layout. This feature lets you map your facility by assigning specific bin numbers, aisles, or shelves (e.g., Aisle A, Shelf 2) to your SKUs. Packing staff receive optimised picking lists showing exactly where to walk, cutting fulfillment times in half.

Automated EFT Payment Matching & Bank Feed Sync
Stop spending hours logging into FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, or Capitec to verify fake "Proof of Payment" PDF screenshots. This update will introduce a secure parsing tool that matches incoming bank EFT transactions directly to open Zaventory invoices. Once a match is confirmed, the invoice is flagged as "Paid," and the warehouse packing queue is alerted to ship the order.

Smartphone Barcode Scanning & Mobile Stocktakes
Turn any Android or iOS smartphone camera into a powerful warehouse barcode scanner—no expensive hardware required. Business owners and staff can scan existing retail barcodes or custom-generated Zaventory QR codes to instantly perform monthly stocktakes, receive incoming supplier pallets, or pull items for packing slips directly from the storeroom floor.

WooCommerce & Shopify Real-Time Stock Sync
A live data bridge for your digital shop window. If a customer buys an item online via your WooCommerce or Shopify storefront, your central Zaventory warehouse count is adjusted instantly. Conversely, if you use a physical unit for a wholesale order or a walk-in customer, Zaventory updates your e-commerce platform automatically, eliminating the nightmare of double-selling stock you don't actually have.

Yoco POS and Card Machine Integration
Connect your physical Yoco card machine (Yoco Go, Neo, or Khumo) directly to your Zaventory account. When processing a walk-in or pop-up market sale, tapping the card on your Yoco device will instantly talk to Zaventory. The system will automatically log the cash flow, generate a digital receipt, and deduct the sold items from your warehouse inventory shelves in one seamless loop.

Takealot Seller Central Live Stock Sync
This feature will provide automated, bi-directional stock synchronization between your physical Zaventory warehouse and Takealot Seller Central. The moment an item sells on Takealot, your Zaventory stock count drops in real-time. If you sell out completely in your workshop, Zaventory will automatically update your Takealot stock level to zero, protecting your seller score from costly lead-time cancellation penalties and stock-out suspensions.
