Zaventory Software (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "Zaventory") operates the Zaventory platform (the "Service" or "Zaventory"), accessible at zaventory.co.za and related subdomains or applications.

- Billing & payment data: billing name, address, payment method details (handled by our payment processor Polar.sh – we do not store full card numbers)

1.2 Automatically Collected Data
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type/version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time/date of visit, time spent, referring/exit pages
- Analytics data collected via Google Analytics (see section 8 below)
- Log data, performance metrics, error logs
1.3 Data from Your Use of Zaventory
As a SaaS inventory management platform, we process data you input or upload, such as: - Inventory records, product details, stock levels, supplier/customer information - Transaction/usage logs related to your inventory activities
We act as the controller of your account and billing data. For inventory/customer/supplier data you enter, we generally act as a processor on your behalf (you remain the controller).

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

- To process subscriptions, payments, and manage your account
- To communicate with you (updates, support, security notices, marketing with consent/opt-in)
